SPECS & CARE: 13.6″” x 13.6″” x 1.7″”, 6.42 lbs. Before use: A food grade mineral oil has been applied during the manufacturing process. Before first use, use a clean cloth to apply a fresh coat of mineral oil to your cutting board and allow 24 hours for the oil to penetrate the wood and dry. After use: Wash with warm soapy water and towel to dry. Do not submerge in standing water and do not place in automatic dishwasher. Every 3-6 months: Apply a fresh coat of mineral oil for longevity.
