CenterLine Wood Working Inc is a newly established business located in central Kentucky. Our goal is to offer unique beautiful wood products at an everyday usable price. We hope this Medium cutting board is the first of many items offered. This cutting board measures 7″ x 16″. Conveniently sized it is perfect for slicing and light enough to hold with one hand while sliding contents off with the other. The board is reversible. One side has a juice groove, use it for slicing and dicing. The other is flat, making it perfect as a serving tray, food display or charcuterie board. When not in use lean it up against back splash for a statement piece. Each board is cut from one solid piece of face grain wood. As they are one solid piece of wood, (not strips or blocks) no glues or fillers are used. Three species of wood are available, Ash, Cherry, and Walnut. Ash is a hardwood that is generally pale yellow with a streaked brown straight grain pattern. Cherry is a reddish brown hardwood also typically straight grained. Walnut is light brown to dark chocolate hardwood with a grain pattern that can be wavy or curly. With the range of colors available you can match any style or taste. As with any nature made product, color and grain will vary. After a final hand sanding, each board is finished with food-grade mineral oil. The clear mineral oil enhances the natural color and depth of grain while sealing the wood pores. Mineral oil is easy to find and simple to reapply. Any food-grade mineral oil based product can be used to rejuvenate wood as desired. With it convenient size, this board is easy to hand wash with soap and water towel dry. Not dishwasher safe.
