Using legally sourced Acacia wood in India, the creation of this round wooden tray goes through a long arduous manufacturing process of close to 60 days. Wood is chemically seasoned to prevent wood from borer and dried in metal chambers under strict control of temperature and humidity to reduce unnecessary weight of wood, thereby increases the strength and workability of the wood. This process also reduces shrinkage defects and increases durability and life of the wood.

Each piece is then passed to master craftsman to shape the wood to its current form and as an added aesthetics, a traditional hammered design is applied on the sides of the wood to give it a more unique and timeless look. The underside of the wood is pasted with felt stickers to ensure that your precious furniture is not damaged.
